The garden is alive with butterflies. The one is a small copper. (I thought they had to be over five foot six!)
I am still working on the drive but doing other things as well. Like cutting the the grass.
And this was the project in the workshop.
This table has history. The first one was made from parts of the first house I owned. The base was made from off cuts from the stairs, the centre leg was a grand piano leg I found in one of the sheds and the circular top was made from pine cladding off cuts - there was a circular window in one wall that I put pine on. But over the last forty years (OMG forty years!) it has got old and damaged. So I have renovated it in keeping with its history. The base is made from wood from bookshelves that were behind a door in 22 Rodborough Avenue, the centre leg is the same but tidied up and the top is made from the the sides of a wardrobe that was in our bedroom in 22. So good for another forty years.

At which point Noah and Joseph's children – or perhaps their children – will break it. ;o)
