They came with us from Rodborough and survived the minus sixteen winter.

Today has been a gardening day.

Loads of plants have been planted in the pond but it doesn't look any different. Yet. And we have planted potatoes and a whole bed of various seeds. It is spring definitely - Kate spotted three swallows over the house.

Kay, Gail and Dennis arrived in time for the twelve-thirty tour and lecture followed by homemade soup and rolls, Welsh cheeses and homemade cakes. Then a short guided tour by car around the locality.
