Typical!!!!!

Mowing the grass to make the place look nice for the visitors - very fussy visitors they are. Anyway - the tractor-mower has sat in the shed all winter having a rest and now when I need it to work it gets halfway through the job and starts complaining! So tomorrow will probably be spent trying to fix it - why don't things go wrong when you don't need them?

Spring is in the air.

Time to scrub out polytunnel and the greenhouse and generally sort it all out. Green-fingered visitors next week so have to be ready - loads of seeds and planting to be done.

I moved furniture around today. Bookcases from the study to the goathouse etc etc. the next project is cupboards and shelves in the study so the old ones need to go somewhere.
The snowdrops are coming out now. It must be spring.

so not much got done. But there was some progress on furniture for the goat house.

No snow here all weekend and what little there was on the hills has washed away too.

I hadn't realised how long it was since the last post. I have had a bit of trouble - the app for posting kept failing and I didn't get around to posting on the PC. Too busy. But lots of progress on the goat shed, trips out to the cinema (The Iron Lady) and website group meetings too - so busy, busy. Hera are some catch-up photos.
